How To Treat Sinus Infection ?

Ive been suffering from sinus infection which I ve seen my GP about, He s prescribed antibiotics and a week off work but doesn t seem to be working. I have finshed 2 course of antibiotics but I still feel run down, out of breath and constant headache. Plse help!

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily ,
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast at night till allergy & congestion subsides &
Paracetamol for headache .
