How To Treat Shortness Of Breath?

I have had treatment of radio active idodine 131 for an over active tyroid. since having it i have had some pain in my neck, a numb/tinggly tounge and some shortness of breath, feeling as though someone is pushing on my windpipe. why is this? should i be concerned?

Radiation thyroiditis is common after iodine therapy..your symptoms are due to thyroiditis.Usually symptoms are mild .you can take painkillers sos.if symptoms are trouble some you might need steroids..
