How To Treat Sharp Pain Behind My Right Eye?
I have had a sharp pain most of the afternoon over and behind my right eye, I've taken two aspirin a couple of hours ago and so far no relief,, experiencing a lot of nausea but have not vomited yet.
I have a triple A in my abdomen and a 50% blockage in my left cartotid artery. Can you tell me what I should do.

It might be a migraine attack..
Is there is vision loss you have in that eye? and how old are you?
If the pain is accompanied by severe visual drop in older patients we have rule out arteritis of the eye..( as you have a carotid block though on the left side)
Do consult an ophthalmologist to see if there is any such problem..
