How To Treat Severe Joint Pain With Fever,thirst And History Of Throat Ulcer While Having Low Hemoglobin,hematocrit And Elevated WBC And ESR?

Hi doctor,
my HB,TLC,DLC& ESR,EDTA WHOLE BLOOD SHOWS
HEMOGLOBIN 12.6(LOW)
HEMATOCRIT 37.9(LOW)
WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT 10.5(HIGH)
ERTHRO SEDIMENTATION RATE 18 (HIGH)

ME A 22 YEAR MALE HAVING SEVERE PAIN IN JOINTS AT BOTH HANDS AND LEGS.....LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SWOLLEN TOO, DIFFICULTY IN STANDING OR DOING ANY PHYSICAL TASK..SLIGHT FEVER AND FEELING OF THIRST...BEFORE THIS I HAD SEVERE ULCER IN THROAT.AND HIGH FEVER.AT THAT TIME ABOVE CONDITIONS STARTED.

ALSO MY URIC ACID TEST SHOWS 4.3 (NORMAL) AND RHEUMATOID FACTOR LESS THAN 8 IU/mL

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The blood work up suggests that the hemoglobin and hematocrit are slightly on lower side.
ESR is raised and there is history of joint pains and fever.
This history and laboratory results suggest that you are suffering from a chronic disease process affecting the joints.
ESR is raised in chronic inflammatory diseases.
However, this joint disease is not rheumatoid arthritis since rheumatoid factor is within normal limits.
You need to consult a rheumatologist.
