How To Treat Severe Hearing Loss?

Dear doctor,I am karthikeyan,30 yrs old,I have been suffering from severe sensorineural hearing loss.when I was 6 month old I was affected by brain fever(Japanese encephalitis)..had not undergone any treatment from childhood.doctor advised me to put hearing aid but I started wearing hearing aid only for past 3 to 4 month and I am not comfortable with it.My audiometry revealed that my hearing loss was 75 percentage..I had no tinnitus and there was no pus discharge and no infection..kindly do suggest treatment for me..I will attach my report
