How To Treat Severe Bronchitis?

i am taking prednisone 20 mg three times a day on decreasing scale.cefdinir 300 mg two times a day, atenonl 25 mg and proair hfa 90 mcg inhaler when needed. I just started all this yesterday for severe bronchitis, a sinus infection and severe ear infections. today, I took the inhaler and ten minutes later I became flush, my pulse went from a normal 79 to 96. and my hands began to shake slightly. I do have cardiac arethmeia and I wanted to know if I should stop taking or using the inhaler or is this caused from something else.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
The most common cause for worsening of bronchitis is infection.
And treatment of bronchospasm is inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
You are taking correct treatment including antibiotics and inhaler.
So continue same treatment and wait for at least 6-8 days.
You should also start deep breathing exercise and chest physiotherapy to improve lung function and decrease symptoms.
So don't stop this treatment, wait for few more days and start chest physiotherapy and deep breathing exercises. You will definitely improve.
