How To Treat Severe Body Pain Caused Due To Fibromyalgia?

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The episodes are extremely painful and uncomfortable. I am in a Diachii study. The medication doesn t seem to work any more. Could I have Lupus or something else? What can I do at home to minimize the pain?

hi,

since you mentioned you have fibromyalgia and the pain is high what I will tell is first you should know how this pain comes and what is the root of its initiation.

fibro-myal-gia is the condition of the pain in the fibers of the muscle. Each muscle is composed of numerous fibers and the inflammation of this fibers give an immense pain which is called as fibromyalgia.

Now I have been seeing many cases of it and almost 95% have a better functionality and pain reduces life.

Try to implement 3 things in your daily life
1. Meditation - to help control the mood swings.
2. Breathing exercises - providing good oxygen to lungs improve the cellular metabolism and detoxify the cell.
3. Body conditioning exercises - this will help get strength in the muscles and improve the muscle physiology by which the pain will come down.

for the body conditioning I will advice to learn lessons from a physical therapist. As they can demonstrate you how best the exercises can be performed and how to get accurate results.
