How To Treat Right Iliac Fossa Pain In A Person With No Cysts, No Appendix And All Blood Tests Normal?

I have right iliac fossa pain, no cysts, no appendix, normal bloods, a pool of blood was found during the removal of the appendix around the right ovary. Ultrasound was normal. I had a CT and X-ray scan 3 weeks ago. And the cyst was drained 3 months ago. The pain is unbearable but my docs don't know what else to do. Please help?
