How To Treat Redness And Swelling Under Big Toe Caused Due To Injury?

I jammed my big toe under door and it lifted my nail up. It s attached somewhat but raised and loose. Today is the 4th day and its still draining. It bled bad the first day. I m wondering if I should be soaking it? I have several autoimunities including Lupus SLE, Raynaulds syndrome, Sjogrens. Any helpful ideas? It is red and swollen and throbbing. But I don t think it s infected. Thank you. Brenda

For redness and swelling under big toe caused due to injury you can take some antibiotic mostly cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with ibugesic-plus or meftal-plus for swelling and redness. You can do hot fomentation over same site with strict aseptic dressing using neo-sporin powder regularly until drain was not there.
