Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

It seems you are suffering from a condition called scabies.
It is characterized by itchy red colored and excoriated lesions on body .

I udually advice my patients to apply permethrin cream 5 percent from neck to toe overnight .

You may need oral antibiotics also.
For symptomatic relief, you can take tab levocetrizine or fexofenadine night time.

Stay healthy.
