Hello,
Thank you for posting the query.
The condition you are referring is most likely Hidradenitis suppurativa. It is bascially inflammation of your apocrine sweat glands. This condition has tendency for recurrence and causing scarring over affected areas thus mandating proper treatment.
I would advise you to start oral Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day with local application of clindamycin solution twice a day over it for few weeks.
Non-responding cases, other medications like isotretinoin, intralesional steroids can be tried.
Resistant cases may require surgical approach.

Also add an antiseptic soap containing triclosan(Soapex)for proper cleansing of those areas.

You may add warm compresses to relieve pain and discomfort.
Avoid tight-fitting clothes and encourage weight reduction if you are obese.

Hope this will take care of your condition.
Thank you
