HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the clinical examination and the x-ray are unremarkable then pain could be muscular in origin may not be having any specific reason just wait for some time and everything would be fine soon, child be given surety that it is nothing at all wrong and it will be okay soon hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
