Hi, My dad came to visit me in Phoenix and after a few days he developed a strange rash on his ankles. One ankle is way worse than the other. Now they are both swelling. We thought it was a really bad sunburn at first because he d been out in the sun and in the pool a lot the day before we noticed it. However, it doesn t hurt or itch. It just is uncomfortable because of the swelling. He leaves tomorrow to go back to Colorado but we don t know if we need to be concerned or if he can just see a doctor when he returns. Any help would be great:) Thanks!
