Hi,

You seem to have acne vulgaris on face. And the lesions heal leaving marks. Remember acne is a multifactorial disease caused, precipitated and exacerbated by many factors. A bacteria called propionibacterium acne has role to develop acne. Stress, worries, heavy exercise, oily food like ghee, milk and oil containing diet, drugs like oral pills, iodine as in cough syrup, steroid...etc may cause acne.
Genetic constitution is major factor. Seborrhoea ansd dandruff may be associated. You cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed face wash or salicylic acid containing face wash. If you have dandruff, cleanse the scalp with ketoconazole shampoo like nizral shampoo. Take antibiotic like azithromycine 500 mg three tab per week for few months or cap minocycline 50 mg daily for long time. You may take isotretinoin in low dose 10 mg daily at night. After few months you may get good result. After clearance of acne lesions, black spots may be removed by applying kojic acid containing cream. Avoid factors as i suggested to avoid relapse. I hope you hot my answer.

Thanks.
