How To Treat Prolonged Perforated Ear Drum ?

Perforated ear drum for about a year. On and off fluid and pressure but more fluid and pressure recently. Used to play water sports which I believe began the problem but I have not been going underwater for some time and their is still pressure and discharge and my ear is still perforated. Yellowish discharge which I believe is possibly pus or just white blood cells killing off the bacteria. I drink a lot of green tea and I smoke marijuana.
