dear sir i am 22 year and i not married but for time pass i do sex with my cousin when i got chance she also agree for sex with me and want to take fun but i cant give her such fun becauce my sperm will take out with in t should i do.5 mint i also take vigra tablets but it cant work what should i do.

I read your query and can understand your distress regarding sexual performance. I am not sure but from what you have mentioned, it seems you lasted for around 5 minutes before you ejaculated.

Viagra can only enhance erection, it doesn't prolong ejaculation time. Secondly, ejaculation time in a normal human being varies from person to person, ranging from as low as 2-3 minutes to even 10 minutes or more. As long as your partner is getting satisfied, one doesn't need to worry.

What you need to focus on is being relaxed before you have intercourse and not think too much about your performance. Indulge in foreplay as that will also stimulate your partner and help her attaining maximum pleasure. Discuss with her regarding what she like in sex and act accordingly.
