I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that you are under the wrong impression that because of the premature conception is not there and also it is not in your hand to ovulate the ovum, this is totally different matter, conception needs sperm in any way, premature ejaculation is least concern with this, if you have premature ejaculation then this is the functional condition, and this can be controlled by controlling your excitement, take care and have a nice day.
