How To Treat Pin Hole Near The Anus?

When I sit down it feels like a golf ball on the inside and it hurts to sit down. So I took a look at it, and at about one inch down my butt crack, I have a pinhole. (not my anus right down from my tailbone) It is not raised and nothing appears to be coming out of it but a loose hair. What do you think it is?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a felling of sitting on a gold ball on sitting down and a pin hole in the butt crack with a hair.
This is classical finding of a pilonidal sinus.
The definite treatment is possible by excision of the total sinus tract and allow it healing first intention.
There are chances of recurrence as you may be hairy and the cut hair from the buttock and back and head get entrapped again, causing the sinuses.
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and proper surgery asap.
