Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You seem to suffer from acne and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It is not unusual to develop acne at the age of 28 yrs. Hormonal imbalances, sweating, humidity, cosmetics, stress etc may play a role in acne flare.

Topical treatment of acne mainly centers around topical antibacterials, benzoyl peroxide and topical retinoids. Topical retinoids are comedolytic thereby preventing new acne, they also help to lighten post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Oral antibiotics like doxycycline or azithromycin can be very useful if who have inflammatory acne(papules and pustules).

You could also take a few peeling sessions e.g salicylic acid and glycolic acid peels, from your dermatologist. While salicylic acid peels are mainly for acne, glycolic acid peels are mainly for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Therefore I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist and discuss the most appropriate remedy for your kind of acne.

Regards
