How To Treat Piles?

Dear Sir Good Morning My wife suffering from piles problem from last 2 months. While use toilet they faced big pain till 3 hrs. No bleeding only pain Syrup used (PILE EASE) as advise by Dr Harjeet S Narwal (B.Sc. , D.H.M.S.) Please advise us pain killer. Please help Best Regards, Subhash Sharma 0000

See what's. The main issue here is that you are already taking a laxative as per advice of your physician. Apart from that for pain you should apply some gel based medicine to ease the pain .and if the pain is so severe not bearable . ten you can take simple brufen tablets as per required. Here some medicine apart from the medicine u are still taking.


Gel smooth to apply locally before going for defecation.
Tab brufen 200 mg sos but maximum 3 times day.
Cream nopile to apply.

Increase amount of fibre in your diet.
Drink a reasonable good amount of water.
