How To Treat Pile Mass And Mouth Ulceration During Pregnancy?
I have my sister in 9th month pregnency EDD is ist week or 10th of july 2014 app.she had pile mass painfull and moutth ulceration due to drugs ,blood pressure 130-140/70-80 tking labetolol 100 mg(bd) and rashes and presure towards feets which many times swollen the feets.we are very much depresesed due to these problems we are unable to take any decision regarding this problem.. my questiion is can we have a surgical procedure before the time (edd)if not what medicine u prescribe for these problems.

Hi Goodmorning, it will be unpleasant for your sister to suffer with pile mass and oral ulcers. As she is in her 9th month monitor her blood pressure regularly. According to that your obstetrician will decide her mode of delivery. For her mouth ulcers she can take vitamins and for pole mass she can undergo conservative management with her obstetrician.
