i have fair skin and i have a big problem of pigmentation & brown spot on my face i taken treatment from many doctors & used different types of creams but till yet not got 100% result.. Pls help me bcz due to this many boys rejected me for marriage

I really appreciate your concern if the lesion is not due to any disease then this can not be vanished neither this should be tried, but of course with the make up this can be minimize or else you can go for laser treatment for this and for that you need to see the dermatologist, have a nice day.
