Hi, 220 S.cholesterol and 157 blood sugar is considered high but they are not such connected to allergy,
as u said u have skin allergy with irritation but what kind of symptoms, what type of skin appearance is that u haven't mentioned, may be its contact dermatitis but as u consulted 2 dermatologists and still u have no diagnosis then only u can find out on your own by what food/ vegetables/dust particles on skin causes this allergy,
See by taking history is the only method to diagnose allergy although there are laboratory food allergic tests available but they are not reliable. Some dermatologist recommend immunoglobulins course to combat this kind allergy.
