i am a Physical Education teacher and am i on my feet all day long. The bottoms of my feet hurt all day and they still ache when i wake up in the morning. I went to The Good Feet store and they want me to get the arch supports which are very expensive . Would you recommend trying other options before spending a lot of money on supports. Im just not sure arch supports are what i need.
As per your query you have persistent pain in feet . Well there can be many reasons for symptome you mention in query like achilles tendinitis , bone spurs , bursitis , diabetic neuropathy , gout , osteoarthritis , plantar fasciitis and tendinitis . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order X-ray , CT scan and blood test. Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , vitamin supplement and physical therapy . For now give your feet proper rest , put yout feet in hot water tub with one spoon salt in it , do gentle massage with flax seed oil and avoid wearing high heels try to wear sport shoes .
