Dear Doctor, In June 2012, I was operated to a Perianal Abscess. It was my 1st operation ever. So afterwards, I tried to find out the cause. The doctors said that it was normal since I am HIV +, and it could be also a hair infected. So i went to my gastroenterologist in my home country to find out the cause. Since i was not always there only in January 2013, I got the confirmation that i had anal condyloma and some hemorroides level 3. I could not be operated then. we scheduled the intervention with laser in April 2013 but since the machine was not available that week where, the doctor put some elastic band in two of my hemorroides. After 2 weeks, I had another problem: turned out to be a Fistula in the same place of my abscess and it opened with pus. I had gone to the hospital 1 week before alerting to my symptoms but no one paid attention to me. Got operated for the 2nd time but the doctors only cleaned the wound and after 3 months i saw that I still had my condiloma, the other hemorroides and of course the fistula did not close properly. So , in September 2013, I had my 3rd operation.. Conclusion: In January 2014, after 4 months: I still have a polyp in the anal canal and the retraction of the skin due to 3 interventions in the same place. There is still some little extra and hard skin where there were the hemorroides. And it is still itching. I want to have my ass back to normal again! Is this possible? Most of the doctors of the country where I live (even with the higgest GDP in the world) don t want to use laser CO2, criotherapy, only cut, cut cut....I can t do it in my home country because i can t take to much holidays. Can I have my skin back to normal? Because i want to have anal sex and I guess it will still hurt a lot. The skin is very sensitive. I am very desperate because it has been a very problematic year and half for me and i really want to have my sexual activity bak again. Otherwise, I don t know how I will manage. In Total 10 months without anal sex, so on the meantime I have been playing the top rol. But It is insuficient for me. Is there any new and less invasive techniques you would advise me to take? If so, in which European Countries can I do it? Many thanks in advance. Regards
