How To Treat Painful, Red And Swollen Wrist?
I fell on to my hand when getting into bed when i fell i heard a pop and its hurts to use my wrist and now i can barely hold my daughter there is a huge lump and my wrist is red and swelled and I ve been taking Advil all the time for it what should i do?

give cold compression.
can use wrist band.
take tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice a day after meal.
even diclofenac get/ spray can help with the pain.
