Hi,

You said that you suffer from acne and there may be different forms of acne like inflammatory, comedonal, pustular or cystic.I can understand your concern for acne. You may be knowing that acne is a recurring disease. So, have treatment for long time with patience.

Acne may be precipitated or exacerbated by many factors. There may be genetic influence.

You have to reduce anxiety related to acne. Have positive attitude.

Few episodes of acne lesions may be there even during treatment. You may continue treatment for few months.

I would like to suggest following line of treatment...

- antibiotics like minocycline or azithromycine in proper dose
- isotretinoin in low dose
- zinc sulfate tab
- vitamin C
- clindamycine, adapalene or benzoyl peroxide gel..apply on lesions at night
- cleansing the face with antiseptic facewash
- if needed anti inflammatory drugs may be taken

Avoid all factors that might exacerbate acne.

Have patience for the good result.

Thanks.
