ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thansk for the query,
Toothache secondary to sinus problems can occur but it is not so common.
Only the upper molars can hurt due to sinus problems and not the lower ones.
Please check with your dentist first to rule out problems in your teeth.
Toothache usually gets worse in sleeping position.
You can take any over the counter pain killer after checking the dose.
Sleep with an extra poillw to reduce congestion and subsequent pain.
Regards,
Dr Rajkishori.
