Hallow Madam,

I can understand your awkward feelings.

From your history I guess are getting pain during insertion of penis at the vaginal opening. The same site it contuse throughout the intercourse, particularly when the movements start.

You are recently married. Your hymen must have got ruptured during first few intercourse.

In the early phase of sexual life, the woman is quite apprehensive about the probable pain. Hence she makes the vaginal muscles tight during insertion and some times even afterwards also. The key to get rid of the pain is smooth penile entry into the vagina. If you follow some instructions, you will definitely be benefitted.

While the penis is being inserted into the vagina, please do not resist, relax. If you take deep breaths by mouth, the vaginal muscle automatically get relaxed. Ask him to inset only when you are completely wet. Dry handling of woman's organs is always painful

Use of lubricants is always useful. Apply the lubricant to the penis and mouth of vagina. The vaginal entry will be very smooth without pain. Please do not use oil based lubricants like Vaseline, soap, etc. They are harmful to the woman's reproductory organs. Use only water based lubricants. Vaginal jellies available with chemists are very good for such purpose.

After insertion, wait for sometime before making any movements.

I am sure with such practice, you will have no or minimum pain for just a while and will enjoy your sexual life to the maximum.
