How To Treat Pain Due To Degeneration Of Knee?

I am 33 years old and was diagnosed with degeneration of the knee when I was young. This last 6 Months my knee has been very painful. It is stiff and really difficult to bend down. Also if my knee is bent it is excruciating to straighten my knee an it hurt to touch my kneecap

Probably you may need joint replacement surgery called total knee replacement for both knees. But you can try first conservative treatment that consist of Diacerine, glucosamine, Mecobalamin and analgesic such as diclofenac slow release tablet for pain relief.
