How To Treat Numbness In Hand Caused Due To Cold Weather?

When the air temp gets to around 30 degrees my hands get so numb. What happens, as soon as I reach 2 miles into my run my hands get so hot. When I am at work on the loading dock no matter how hard I work I can t get my hands to warm up even wearing gloves. The same goes for snowboarding. I wish there was a pill that can make me sweat to warm my hands up

you are having problem with temperature regulating center. most probably getting dehydrated early. drink more water and take electoral with water. might be having electrolyte imbalance. can have electrolyte con taints tested.
