How To Treat Nausea, Heartburn And Appetite Loss?

I am a 21yo female, and have been experiencing a lot of nausea and heartburn lately- also a lack of appetite. I am tired all the time, can t sleep at night, and feel very achy. I try to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. I tried antacids for the heartburn, but this doesn t help the nausea. Previous Dx of fibromyalgia. No notice weight loss. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms?

hello madam..
are you on any medication?
at this age it should be mostly due to severe drug induced gastritis(i suppose you are on NSAIDS)..
it can be completely managed by PPIs or H.pilori treatment along with that..
whenever you are on NSAIDS take a PPI (omeprazole along) along with that..
avoid spicy foods/carbonated beverages/tea/coffee..
avoid sleeping immediately after eating.
daily walk
healthy balanced diet with good quantities of fibre
7-8 hours of continuous night sleep..
eat curd after food(it acts like a probiotic)
try these..they will definitely help you

hope my answer helps you
if you have any more queries i would be happy to answer..
