How To Treat Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, I am 7 weeks pregnant and I am having severe nausea and vomiting. Whatever I eat, big or small, comes right back. I vomit so much that I am afraid of eating and I vomit till I see blood stains. I tried all medications prescribed by my doctors with no results. What do you suggest?

It is normal physiological changes actually no need to take treatment, but complaint is severe then have a dry food like bread, biscuits at morning, where as plenty of water & liquids at afternoon. Tablet like pregnidoxin or doxinate along with folic Acid will be helpfull.
