How To Treat Naughty Children?

I submitted a guestion about my granddaughter. This behavior is at everyones house and with whoever she is with. She is only 5 years old. She is terrible. She doesn't listen or do as she is told. She runs, kicks, throws, spits at you or whatever she Is near. I can't drive her in a car as she throws whatever is in the car at me. Shopping is a nightmare. I keep hoping when she comes over it will be different, It has been getting worse. She won't sleep in her bed keeps getting up yelling for you. Does she have something wrong with her?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, Thanks for asking.
It is not normal for a 5 year old to behave like this. She may have ADHD or sensory processing disorder. If such a child comes in my office I would like to rule out ADHD and oppositional defiance disorder for her.
It will be helpful to get her evaluated by a developmental paediatrician or a child psychiatrist.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank You.
