How To Treat Muscle Spasms In Upper Back Along With Heartburn?

I have been having muscle spasms in my upper back for about two months, seem to be getting worse mostly at night, little heartburn, all now on my right side pain meds mask the pain slightly but it comes back as soon as the meds wear off? Suggestions? Hurts to move.

I dont know what medications you are taking as you haven't mentioned that. As your physician i would advise you to take NSAIDs pain killer in your persciptions with caution because they cause heart burn. And take them with milk. I would suggest tablet aceclofenac 1×PO×BD and tablet tizanidine 1×PO×HS.
