How To Treat Movable Lump Inside Tongue?

I have a moveable lump inside of my tongue and I was wondering if you could tell me what it could be. It is hard and about the size of a pea and i can't see it on the outside but I can feel it with my teeth and fingers. It is not painful and its on the right side right in the center of the tongue. Thanks

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms if it is a movable lump then there is a most probable chance that it is a benign and non harmful lump and common causes for it can be swollen papilla, tongue bite causing hematoma, foreign body granuloma etc.

There are less chances that it is a cancerous tumour and you should consult an Oral Physician and get a FNAC or Biopsy done to rule out the exact cause of the lump and get treated accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
