Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query it seems that she had an allergic reaction to erythromycin leading to formation of ulcers inside the mouth.
As the medication is now stopped the ulcers will gradually resolve.
As of now for supportive treatment you can gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia.
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine for relief from pain especially during meals..
Suck ice pops and gargle with cool water.
Take a multivitamin tablet daily..
Avoid hot and spicy food and take a cool bland diet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
