How To Treat Mites In Eyelashes And Sandy Particles Around Eyes?
My co-worker has been told he has mites on his eyelashes. He has been dutifully applying Erythromycin to no avail. now he has sand-like particles coming out around the eyes day & night. It originally was only after sleeping. He's at a loss. Do you have any suggestion?

Mites are usually associated with poor hygiene.. they have to be removed manually.. usually there is good relief after removal.. there is also a possibility that mites may be sexually transmitted..
