How To Treat Mild Pain And Discomfort In Legs After Child Birth?

Hello, I am 24 years old and 2 weeks postpartum. This is my first pregnancy and live birth. I have not been diagnosed with any clotting disorders, and have never had a dvt before. In the past couple of weeks since being home, I have felt some wat I can only describe as "movement" ht calf and ankle area, and some discomfort (extrememly light pain) in both my right and left legs. The pain can be noticeable from my buttocks to my foot. This started when I was around 34 weeks pregnant, and has come and gone since that time. I did elect to have an epidural, but there were no complications from that. The pain usually happens after I have been sitting down for a long time, and once in awhile when I have been up walking for a while. I have had no redness, swelling, or warmth, and as mentioned earlier the pain is just barely even noticeable. What should I do next, and how long am I at increased risk for dvt postpartum? Thank you.
