my 11 yr old daughter has been advised by a doctor to take modus 10 tab for next 21 days as she has frequent menses (twice a month approx since puberty in may 2012). Hb defficient 8.2%, E TRAIT. Is this tab safe for such young age ? junti borah nagaon

She probably has lack progesterone, that's why she needs replacement, it is safe,but she can not always take that medicines.You should give her diet enriched with progesterone: pumpkin, watermelon, flax seeds, boiled water with onion peels-1/2 glass daily before breakfast for 14 days,milk products-curd,yogurt,meat.
