How To Treat Lumps On The Scrotum?

I am a nurse. My friends husband has several blood filled bumps on his scrotum. at work he became dizzy and weak. when he went to the bathroom, one of the bumps had busted. His under pants were covered with blood. He did not feel it rupture. Is this serious?

Hi.
This may not be serious, he must have had vaso-vagal attack.
There is no condition where there are blood filled lumps on the scrotum .
They must be infected multiple sebaceous cysts.
He needs a good antibiotic course along with an anti-inflammatory medicines. You may please ask him to apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally to the whole area.
Scrotal skin is quite insensitive compared to the skin at other parts of the body.
