As per your query you have lump formed on nose near nose bridge which seems to be due to skin growth made up of blood vessels leading to formation of angioma. This type of skin growth is typically not a cause for concern unless it bleeds often or changes in size, shape, or color. As bleeding is there and no improvement after medication. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination and to rule out condition like cyst . There are few treatment option which doctor can opt for its treatment like :- - Electrocauterization , this is surgical method of treatment involves burning the angioma by using an electric current . - Cryosurgery using pulsed dye laser . - Excision also known as shave excision.
