How To Treat Low Platelet Count Due To Infection In Gall Bladder,liver And Lungs?

our patient initially suffering from typhoid. after 14 days typhoid fever was normal but patient's platelets were reduced to 40,000 during the treatment. doctors are saying that there isa an infection in gall bladder, liver, lungs. patient's soles are swollen. tlc count is 17,500. please advice us .

Increased TLC suggest infection and infection is cause of low platelet count. Spo treat him with antibiotics, get all the culture also and then change antibiotics accordingly
