How To Treat Low Grade Fever With Pain In Abdomen,chest,muscle And Joint,night Cough?
I was in the ER three times last week (one of them after a call for from the critical lab because a test result was very bad). They redid the two tests and found they were contaminated. I run a low grade fever (101 or less) my upper and lower abdomen as well as chest hurt. I have to hold a pillow in order to cough or breath. Every joint, muscle and even my skin hurts sometimes. After several IV s the diarrhea stopped,and I felt better. Now all the symptoms are back ( they tend to flare up in the middle of the night, andI I m freezing. It s difficult to move or anything. These attack s have been going on for two or three years and the tests are fine. I cough all night as well. They hit every few months and now I feel like a total idiot because the doctor s can t seem to find the problem. It s not flu, that much I know and the chest pain can get pretty uncomfortable to say the least.

Talk to your doctor about possible hepatitis. There is chance of subphrenic abscess which may present in such a way. If all your blood tests are normal you can ask your doctor to go for Abdominal CT scan. I hope the subphrenic abscess will be revealed on CT scan.
The next possibility for me is abdominal tuberculosis. Person with abdominal tuberculosis present with different symptoms and it is likely you got infected.
Presence of fever is indicative of infective pathology and the above mentioned two conditions should be ruled out before going for another kind of treatment.

Well come to HCM
It seems allergic condition and in my opinion this can be best treated with Tab Kitotefen 2 mg once in day with meal and try to keep the stress level on lower side if you ever have this, functional condition some time plays the role here, hope this information helps,
