Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Low blood pressure is usually defined as less than 100/60 mmhg, but in some persons even at this levels they feel no symptoms.
It seems like you are taking over dose of lisinopril
atpresent, due to which you feel all your symptoms.
The internist who has advised you is correct. Take 20 mg of lisinopril and check your blood pressure at least once a week.

Regular daily walking and exercise will help in Longterm to prevent uncontrolled hypertension.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
