How To Treat Loose Motions And Sore Throat In A 3 Year Old Child?

My 3 yr old daughter is suffering from sore throat and pukes every tm I give her some milk or tea. She's having loose stools also from past few days due to which I am afraid to give her any antibiotic. I am giving her a cough syrup. ..tuspel px and medler for fever.
Pls suggest which antibiotic to give so that she doesn't continue with loose motions and her sore throat is recovered.

Give her warm and cooked food.
Avoid any flavored drink,chocolates,ice creams,cream biscuits,deep fried snakes.
Continue cough syrup and fever medicine.
Give her ors formula.
Start proper antibiotic like cefixime syrup to control the infection.
Lactic acid bacillus with zinc will be helpful to get fast recovery.
Keep in touch with your pediatrician.
