How To Treat Loose Motions And Redness In The Anus Of An Infant?

hi, my three months male baby is suffering from loose motions (watery) with redness on anus portion for the last 6-7 days. we got his stool tested for Pus cells, RBC and reducing substsnces and the report is found ok. we are giving him Walamycin, Vibact ZN and mother feeding because as adviced by doctor to give him Nusobee instead of breast feed, baby is not taking Nusobee. still the baby is suffering from loose motion and redness on anus portion. kindly suggest as we are very upset.
