How To Treat Loose Motion During Pregnancy?

hi there m 29 weeks prego and feeling loose motion since yesterday. need to go washroom whenever i eat something. motion is loose and not much but accompanied with a lot of acidity. its too hot environment here and m keeping myself hydrated and having food with cooling effect. what else should i do be on safe side.

Made loose motion are treated best with oral rehydration solution I not severe. As you say that it I not severe, so I advise you to take ORS. I I the best treatment.
