How To Treat Light Headed And Nausea?

I do not smoke cigarettes, but I do smoke cigars regularly, maybe 4-5days out of the week. Recently after smoking them I feel light headed, and nauseaous. I ve also has less of an appetite and some mornings I have nausea but no vomiting. Also, my breasts don t usually feel sore until a week or so before my period. But it isn t due until the end of the month. Help! What could cause this? I m 19 years old, sexually active and I m not on birth control. Could I be pregnant?

Hi,

Since your period isn't due till the end of the month, it is unlikely that your present symptoms are due to pregnancy. Even if you have conceived, it will take a few weeks for the morning sickness to start. So your present symptoms cannot be due to pregnancy. In my opinion, your body is finding the tobacco content in the cigars more than what it can tolerate. Nausea and light headed feeling are common in nicotine overdose. I feel that it will be better for you to cut down on the tobacco intake.

Best wishes.
