How To Treat Knee Crack?

I was wondering why my knees crack evertime I bend them...I'm 16 f and a dancer, been dancing for 11 years. This issue is persistent and has been going on for as long as I can rememeber. I need to know if I can continue dancing? Is this issue serious?

If there is only sound and no pain then there is nothing to be worried and you can continue doing dancing. If you feel pain also then i would suggest you to get x ray and MRI of the knee joint to see if there is any damage in cartilage or any other problem.
